Orders of vinyl lettering & graphics are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery the next working day after
placing and paying for your order online ( Monday - Friday ) in the unlikley even that your order is not received
within 7 working days please inform us and allow us a further 7 working days to trace the order. If we can not
trace your order after 14 working days from the original dispatch date we will reprocesses and re- dispatch your
order to you again completely free of charge |

We take great care to process your order correctly. If we spot any possible errors in your order we will contact
you by email to check, confirm and then rectify any possible errors. This is a free service and as such we can
not be held responsible for any errors you have made in your order that we fail to spot and rectify. |

All orders are produced to your individual specifications and as such are exempt from the right to cancel under
the UK's distance selling regulations, refunds will not be given on any orders that we have started to produce. |

Returns will only be accepted for defective products, If you receive a defective product, please email us at
dawsonsigns@googlemail.com or call 0191 3800570 within 7 days of receipt. We will replace any defective
items with replacements after we have received and inspected the defective item back from you in its original
packaging at your own cost, this cost will be refunded when the goods are exchanged. |

We cannot accept responsibility for unsatisfactory application to any substrate or ordering of the incorrect size.
Customers must test and satisfy themselves before application as to the suitability of any product ordered and
